Suzy has been in the fitness industry for 19 years with a Hons degree in in sports science.
She has learnt her basics as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer. Suzy is fully certified AND the only instructor across the Fylde Coast who teaches all the ZUMBA® programs:
ZUMBA® ZUMBA TONING® ZUMBA GOLD® SENTAO® AQUAZUMBA® and ZUMBATOMIC® ZUMBA CORE® across the Fylde Coast.
On Wed 3rd July at St Pauls Church Hall, Ansdell, Suzy will be launching the Fylde Coasts first Piloxing Class.
"There is no showing off in my class, no mirrors in my community halls (hurray i hear you say) just a good giggle, great workout and a brilliant bunch of people all there for the same reason............. it's exercise in disguise. All you need is a sense of humour and you're half way there."
